A principal business activity of Summers Wykes-Sneyd is the long-term management of agricultural estates and farms throughout East Anglia. Our clients include land owners, tenants and contract farmers, with advice ranging from occasional consultancy to day-to-day management. The landholdings we are involved with range from just a few hundred acres to several thousand.

The range of management services we provide includes the letting of agricultural holdings, as well as business and residential property, woodland management, strategic planning and development, mineral development, sporting and other specialist land uses.

As well as drawing on the wealth of knowledge and experience held by the partners, consultants and qualified surveyors, Summers Wykes-Sneyd maintain good working relationships with other professionals in related industries.
