Summers Wykes-Sneyd is an independent partnership of chartered surveyors/land agents based at Coddenham in Suffolk, established in 1998 by founding partners Hector Wykes-Sneyd and Philip Summers. Partners

Hector Wykes-Sneyd FRICS FAAV NDA
Hector Wykes-Sneyd is a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer. Educated at Sedbergh and RAC Cirencester he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977 and was elected to Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1989. He also holds a National Diploma in Agriculture. Before forming the Summers Wykes-Sneyd partnership he worked in two national firms. Hector is a specialist in rural property management and consultancy, including residential, agricultural and commercial property, farm and estate management.

Philip Summers MRICS FAAV
Philip is a chartered surveyor, qualifying from RAC Cirencester in 1987, becoming Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 1993. Prior to setting up the partnership with Hector, Philip worked with a regional partnership and a national firm, both specialising in rural and agricultural property, development and valuation.
